Our client requested a traditional Southern style residence blending classic elegance with functional comfort. The exterior features a grand covered porch with tall columns, a symmetrical façade with evenly spaced windows and shutters, a hipped roof with dormers, and a landscaped circular driveway. Inside, the open-concept design includes high ceilings, a spacious family room with a fireplace, and both formal and informal dining areas. The kitchen is equipped with two islands and ample pantry and bar space. The backyard offers a private paradise with a pool, outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas overlooking a tranquil lake. The design combines a neutral palette, classic trim work and modern finishes to merge traditional aesthetics with family-friendly functionality.
